Shipping & Returns
Sometimes there are delays due to increased demand and/or COVID-19. All orders are processed + shipped from our facility within 3-7 business days. Any delays in processing times will be noted on the checkout page before placing an order.
We offer free ground shipping on all domestic orders over $65 USD within the United States. Once picked up and scanned in by USPS, orders shipped take approximately 3-7 business days to arrive, depending on location, conditions, and USPS package delay during the holiday season.
You will receive your shipping confirmation email as soon as a label is created for your order, and the tracking status of your shipment may take up to 24-48 hours once a label has been created.
Please ensure that your shipping information is correct at checkout. At this time, we are limited in our ability to make changes to an order once it has been placed, however, if we are able to make updates on your behalf, please note that these changes will not be reflected in your shipping confirmation email.
We do not offer expedited shipping at this time.
We do not ship internationally at this time. We intend to ship to Canada and overseas soon!
Return & Exchange Policy
DAMAGES, EXCHANGES, RETURNS & OTHER ORDER ISSUES
Our customer's satisfaction means so much to us. If for any reason you are unhappy with a product you have purchased from us, please use the Contact Us form to submit a request for an exchange or a return.
All returns or exchanges must be processed within 14 days of receiving your order and we require that you submit a proof of purchase (e.g. your order number or order confirmation email). Returns shipping must be absorbed by the customer.
If your order arrived damaged or you are experiencing an issue with anything you have purchased from us, please include photos and a description of the issue in your Contact Us and we’ll get to work on your replacement or exchange as soon as we can.
Refunds are issued only for unused and undamaged products. Please start the return process with with us via a Contact Us first, and then return your items to:
